Juventus have rejected rumours that manager Massimiliano Allegri is in contact with Arsenal over the possibility of replacing Arsene Wenger in the summer.


The Italian has been identified as the potential replacement for Wenger, who will be leaving a major void at the club decides to end his tenure in the summer. Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has praised the impact of youngsterMoise Kean, as he came on to make a major difference in the 3-1 win over Sevilla in the Champions League.


Allegri brought on the 16-year-old with 10 minutes of time remaining in the game. Juventus had only managed to make the game 1-1 after having equalised through Claudio Marchisio in injury time of the first half. Pareja had earlier given Sevilla the lead after just nine minutes. Allegri had warned his team coming into the game that they can expect a very tough match from the Spanish outfit.

Chelsea coach Antonio Conte wouldn’t be happy with the news that Juventus are are set to extend the deal of Italy international Leonardo Bonucci.


The Italian coach is reportedly keen on linking up with his former player at Juventus and at the international level. They both worked together at the Turin-based outfit and Conte was the coach of the Italian national side that participated in the Euro 2016, leading the team to the quarter finals.

Juventus were narrowly able to win their match against Palermo on Saturday to maintain their one point lead over Napoli and stay on top of the Serie A league.


In order to achieve this feat, Juve needed an own goal from Edoardo Goldaniga who unfortunately deflected a strike from DaniAlves that found its way to the back of the Palermo side net in the second half period of the game.

There is news in Italy that Juventus has successfully completed the transfer of the Argentina striker Gonzalo Higuain from Napoli.


The transfer has been completed personally by the Juventus general manager Beppe Marotta late in the evening. Indeed the Italian League has confirmed that the transfer has gone through and that it had received the necessary authorization.

Marotta has stated that the transfer has been completed and that Higuain will be playing for Juventus next season. The transfer of the Argentina international for around €94 million is the most expensive transfer in the history of Italian football.
