Chelsea is currently on the lookout for an experienced manager who can take charge of the squad after GuusHiddink’s time in Stamford Bridge reaches it’s end and his time in the Premier League club expires at the end of the current season.
There is a list of potential managers who can become the next coach of Chelsea and one of those managers who is being taken into consideration is MassimilianoAllegri who is currently taking charge of the Italian outfit Juventus FC.
Nothing has been officially confirmed between Chelsea and MassimilianoAllegri as the Italian coach just wants to focus on guiding Juventus to the top of the Serie A and possibly even win the Champions League, those are the main objectives that Allegri wants to accomplish in this season and he does not want to get distracted with rumors of moving to another club or anything like that.
"My thoughts are on the championship, the Italian Cup and the Champions League. I have a contract with the club until 2017 and I feel good here." This was MassimilianoAllegri’s response was after he was questioned about the possibility of moving to Stamford Bridge and taking charge of Chelsea, a few days ago.
MassimilianoAllegri was appointed as the head coach of Juventus FC back in July of 2014 and in his debut season, he managed to push the Italian club to a number of important titles including: Serie A, Coppa Italia and even reached the finals of the Champions League as they came in 2nd place.
Juventus is also starting to look around for possible replacements that can succeed and follow the legacy of MassimilianoAllegri just in case he does decide to make a move to England. One of the managers that is being rumored to have caught the attention of Juventus is Jorge Sampaoliwho made a name for himself after guiding the Chilean national team to their first Copa America title which was a huge accomplishment, especially taking into consideration that they had to defeat Argentina and other big national teams.
