From the look of the Serie A table, you wouldn't guess that Juventus manager Antonio Conte was a relative novice - Juventus are clear at the top of the table, and have beaten their closest rivals Inter Milan and Lazio over recent weeks.
Whilst the team have been in disarray since the Calciopoli scandal hit 5 years ago, taking with it their last two scudetto titles, Juventus have finally started to return to the top of the table, and this time it's without the help of the referees!
You could put it down to Krasic's form, or the goal scoring efforts of Alessandro Matri, but General Manager Giuseppe Marotta believes that all credit should be handed Antonio Conte's way.
"Conte’s definitely a top manager. Antonio had the profile of a coach that we were looking for," Marotta said in a telephone interview with Radio Uno.
"We were after a man with attachment to the shirt and who knows what Juventus mean, characteristics that Conte possesses and conveys to the team on a daily basis.
"He’s a great manager of the group, who knows how to work on both a psychological and motivational level. Conte has a great work ethic."
