Italian striker Mario Balotelli's agent has said that Italian club Juventus have rejected the opportunity to sign the 21-year-old in the summer.
Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli moved to England from Inter Milan in a £ 24 million deal back in 2010, but his stay in England has been beset by a number of problems both within the team and outside the club.
Hence, Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini recently confirmed that the striker would be sold in the summer in order to avoid more troubles. As a result of the troubles he has caused at Inter Milan and Manchester City, Juventus have rejected the opportunity to sign the striker according to his agent.
Juventus are currently top of the Italian Serie A and will be back in the Champions League next season after a long gap. They are looking at the opportunity to sign a new centre forward to replace Alessandro del Piero, who will retire at the end of the season. The 37-year-old striker has been an integral part of Juventus for the last two decades and his departure will certainly leave a void.
However, Juventus are looking at the possibility of young centre forward to arrive at the club as his replacement, although it will definitely not be Mario Balotelli now.
Juventus have had an unbelievable season after remaining unbeaten in the 36 matches for the Italian Serie A played so far. Even though Alessandro del Piero was a big player, he never caused any problems with the dressing room.
Juventus reckon that the whole atmosphere of the dressing room will be spoilt by the arrival of Mario Balotelli. Juventus have the opportunity to win their first league title since 2006, but they ideally have to win their remaining two matches. AC Milan trial them by just one point.
