Juventus boss Del Neri says that he is confident of an exciting second-half end to the season. Juve currently lie fourth in Serie A, five points adrift of League leaders AC Milan.
“I was happy to see everyone arrive without anyone being late,” Del Neri said. “This is an example of great professionalism. We are beginning to work with the best of prospects.
“This isn't a real training camp. I feel that it's important after eight days of holidays that the players find themselves all together again.
“We eat and sleep well. We have put together a plan whereby the players can see their families during the week and, for example, they will spend the first day of the New Year at home.
Juventus have been linked with bids for Michael Owen and Samir Nasri in the January transfer window.
